The trade license expires
a) by the death of a natural person (entrepreneur), if they do not continue the business of the heir or the administrator of the inheritance;
b) the demise of a legal entity
c) by the expiration of time, if the trade license was issued for a certain period of time,
d) by the decision of the trade office on the cancellation of the trade authorization
e) if this is established by a special law,
f) upon expiry of the period of the permitted temporary or permanent residence of the entrepreneur or its cancellation,
g) the day specified in the notice of termination of business
The trade authorization expires on the day following the date of delivery of the notice of termination of business to the trade office , unless a later date of termination is specified. The notice of termination of business can be withdrawn no later than the day preceding the day of termination of the trade license.
