If a change to the statutes of a civil association is approved, the civil association is obliged to send a written notice of the change to the statutes to the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic within 15 days of its approval. Two copies of the text of the amendment to the articles of association must be attached to this notice.
When changing data on a statutory body or a member of a statutory body, the association shall submit to the Ministry documents certifying the facts for recording data on the statutory body or a member of the statutory body. The notice of change of data on the statutory body or member of the statutory body must be signed by the statutory body or such number of members of the statutory body as is required according to the registered articles of association, and by the newly elected statutory body or newly elected members of the statutory body; the authenticity of the signatures must be officially certified.
